Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor PC requirements – more reasons to upgrade

Still reeling from the PC specs Ubisoft released for Watch Dogs? There’s little respite as the Steam page for Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor brings more bad news for PC gamers with mid-range rigs.

While the Geforce GTX 560 Ti is the recommended graphics card for Watch Dogs, for Shadow of Mordor, the GTX 560 is a minimum requirement, along with 4 GB RAM and a Core i5-750 @2.67 Ghz or equivalent CPU.

  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Hard Drive: 25 GB available space

Recommended PC specs

  • OS (64-bit only): Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8
  • CPU: Intel Core i7-3770, 3.4 GHz or AMD FX-8350, 4.0 GHz
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTX 670 or AMD Radeon HD 7970
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Hard Drive: 40 GB available space

Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor is scheduled for release on 7th October for PC (Rs 999), Xbox 360 (Rs 2,999), PS3 (Rs 2,999), PS4 (Rs 3,499) and Xbox One (price TBA). The game is now available for preorder at Amazon India.
