PlayStation Experience is back! India’s biggest annual gaming event started off with a bang in Mumbai in 2007, and expanded to a three-city event (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore) in 2008. After taking a recession break in 2009, it’s back in early 2010. Much to our surprise, Sony held a rather stealthy PlayStation Experience event in Delhi last week, but thankfully, we aren’t being kept in the dark about the upcoming Mumbai leg.
PlayStation Experience will take place in Mumbai on January 9th and 10th (Saturday and Sunday) at Phoenix Mills in Lower Parel. Entry is free for all and the event will run from 1 pm to 9 pm. Several games across all three PlayStation platforms – PS2, PSP, and PS3, will be available for visitors to play, but the press release doesn’t mention any specific games. However, it wouldn’t be asking too much to expect at least some of the upcoming first party games such as Heavy Rain and God of War III.
