  2. Indeed, the poor bot is suffering from dichotomy of the mind and heart. The logical mind knows that there is only one right blue path, but the loyal wavering emotional heart can’t let go of the green. The green is just emotional baggage at this point. Yes, It takes time for such deep scars to heal. The five stages of grief postulated by Kübler-Ross: Every Xbot world over is going through one of these emotions. So cut them some slack. Our bots have probably reached the acceptance stage. Which is good news.

  4. When "the only game I played this year is Ori 2" and "I don't have a lot of time to play games so GP is perfect for me" become bragging points, you know acceptance is not that far

  5. I think I didn't put it correctly. I wasn't talking about the potshots per say. I was actually talking about the discussions that happen around the news articles. It's almost all negative. It's also not even a discussion. It's the same bunch of people lolling and cussing. Plus, it's never on topic. It's whatever. Even in some game threads. It's like, where the f**k is the actual topic people are discussing? Oh wait, it's 5 pages back and it's not related. Nevermind me man. I'll try to get by.

  8. Killed this a**hole. Took like 20 attempts. Even that spear mini boss wasn't this tough. f**ker taught me deflections though. Mkiri was already taught by Seven spears guy. You actually git good by playing more and more. Blazing bull was easy: Gyoubu took me some tries but he wasn't that tough. Once you nail the patterns, you don't even need resurrection.

  9. Man were we committed back then, can't believe the number of games we played. The community was very well knit as well, due to some great organising and prizes. All credit to Dan for this. Everyone had their unique style of play which was so much fun. Some playing only crosses, some trying to pass through the defence, some only focusing on counter and some using skills. Some also with last man tackles and own goals Playing with friends is a different feeling altogether. Having played and made so many friends here, felt even more special!

  10. Good campaign but not better than the original campaign. It’s a prequel of sorts. One warning - you need to download 200plus GB to play. Not sure if they separate the campaign and MP now.

  12. Its nothing considering how good this is. You read WoT and liked Sanderson's work there. You'll like this even more, for sure. @Ne0 Don't skip the interludes. They're not connected to the story right now, but do read them. Those characters show up in other interludes and even main chapters later.

  24. Purchased few games from PSN Summer Sale P5R - Always wanted to buy/play after I played P5. Best JRPG of all time. FF7 Remake - I never played any FF game before but I played the demo and I really liked it. Visuals are also amazing. RDR2 SE - I played this game twice already but on 1080p monitor 27inches. Then I sold the physical copy on TP. Always wanted to experience this gem 💎 on 4K and on bigger TV. Now I’m at home I can finally play. Control - I had this game on Xbox. I have Xbox one s ; it doesn’t run great on it maybe because game has/had issue that time. Then I sold it. Now it is on sale on PSN so thought of giving it a try again. Now I’m all set till Cyberpunk 2077 releases. Hopefully they don’t delay it anymore. Maybe try avengers as well if it turns out to be good.

  25. This is my first PC build. Over the years I’ve had semi-gaming PC but nothing serious. I always wanted to build a special PC so here it is. I did through research before buying. Main focus of this build: To play Dota 2 in 4K at ultra. Just one game. Rest is a little photoshop / website work and stock market. I assembled it back in March this year. All the parts were order from Primeabgb. Fantastic company. Great support. Great pricing. (Monitor was purchase from Amazon & GPU locally) I will be changing the power cables to braided ones later. This list is below: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3rd Gen Desktop Processor Motherboard: MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX AMD B450 Motherboard Graphics card: EVGA GTX 1080 Super clocked CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S Chromax Pure Black CPU Cooler Case: NZXT H Series H510 Matte White Tempered Glass ATX Mid Tower Case Ram: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (16GBx1) DDR4 3000MHz RAM Storage: Crucial MX500 RGB Fans: Corsair ML140 140 mm Premium Magnetic Levitation RGB LED Fan (2 Fans) SMPS: 600 Watts Monitor: LG 27 inch 4K-UHD (3840 x 2160) HDR 10 Monitor Mice: Logitech G102 (Purchased in 2018 from Amazon) Case is not the best but still the temperatures are acceptable. I am not overclocking. Performance Impressions as follows: Dota 2 4K ultra settings in 12v12 match I get 120-130 FPS. In heavy team fights it drops to 90 FPS CPU Temp: Idle – 40. Load – 60. GPU Temp: Idle – 44. Load – 70 to 80. If anyone has questions, I can gladly answer them.

  26. FIFA scene back in 2010, 11, 12 and 13 will likely never be replicated. Back to back tourneys hosted for all the regulars and newbs - be it 1v1, 2v2, restricted formats(lower rated teams) or Football clubs. Every iteration of FIFA was like a season of football. A full fledged league, KO tournaments, end of the year awards. Everyone spent almost all nights playing till 1/2am. @boltonfan - Omar's one touch passing. One of the first names that comes to my mind when I think of FIFA on IVG. Played with heart, saw him stop dribbling the ball when my controller ran out of battery. @Stevie G - monkaS hard pressing specialist - Won three back to back player of the year awards. Congrats on winning the PL. I will never say this to any other pool fan. @MadridistaLove - Mrinal's super aggressive Real Madrid matches. @rad2689 - United fanboy - somehow made Rooney score headers @Cash - Seeing the kid grow from learning how to makes a pass to dominate matches - so young: everyone called him Baby Glad(xXGladiatorXx PSN ID ) @dharmin - Every single match against Dharmin was a close one and had to sweat hard. @VelivolusDas - Played with Barca - easy on the eye football, was so fun to watch him team play even when playing against him. @hope - came late to the scene. Was fun triggering him in Chelsea vs Arsenal matches. Drogba scored header after header as hope had no idea how to clear headers. @TheDribbler - IVG Santa himself hosting tourney after tourney. Being a part of the FIFA tournament organizer team with Dan and Azaan was a fun experience. @Rahul(laughordie PSN) - Was a regular and had great memories with everyone. He passed away because of an accident and it affected many FIFA regulars including me who were good friends with him. RIP bud. We came across some pakistani FIFA players and had a India vs Pakistan tournament - which we won Most IVG regulars took things to heart when they lost to the players from Pakistan. Some(Sanwal, Sarwan, Aurry) of the pakistani folks even joined IVG and were active for few years. FIFA tournaments had a whole sub-forum dedicated. Spammed the sh*t outta tournament threads. I really wish we had the capture options we have on consoles now back when we were playing on PS3. Here are some pics from the tournaments that are 10 years old! The season had over 143 1v1 games. My favorite match from the FIFA era on IVG - A 4-5 loss to @Stevie G. Azaan was on a 18-0 streak at that time in the tournament. I got the chance to end it but he scored twice in final few minutes to keep the streak alive(crazy end game stats in a mirror match). In the end he was undefeated in the tourney 27-0 iirc. This happened around the same time when the Undertaker vs HBK Wrestlemania match(streak vs career) happened - was really hyped before the match.
