It was a huge push & all they had to do was keep investing in First,Second & even Third party exclusive content which they very well had money for. But they made Doofus Phil Spencer (who till date has absolutely zero knowledge or charm about game development) incharge of the whole division & made another Doofus Don Matrick incharge of future brand strategy. Idiot tried to become the next IPhone in living room interface & entertainment. Gamers don’t care about interface & wanted games like Halo,Gears,Forza,Fable,Alan Wake,Mass Effect,Ninja Gaiden,CrackDown,Lost Odyssey etc.
