G pro was retailing for 39k ( at which it was launched ) until a couple of weeks back. I couldn't find a discount on it anywhere. Â 2G because Fail-Tel 3G costs a bomb here in Delhi. 3G will definitely be a step-up, performance wise although penetration might be lower than 3G in small towns and rural areas. Â Reliance is pretty good here in Delhi as far as the pricing is concerned, even their call quality is above average as far as my experience has been. In Bombay also, same story w.r.t. their presence and service. Rest of India I am not so sure.
