But they made Doofus Phil Spencer (who till date has absolutely zero knowledge or charm about game development) incharge of the whole division & made another Doofus Don Matrick incharge of future brand strategy. Idiot tried to become the next IPhone in living room interface & entertainment. Gamers don’t care about interface & wanted games like Halo,Gears,Forza,Fable,Alan Wake,Mass Effect,Ninja Gaiden,CrackDown,Lost Odyssey etc.
