HIM Posted January 26, 2009 Report Share Posted January 26, 2009 Hey i will be buying a core tomm thats on tuesday from pallika ... ! i dont trust pallika bazar in delhi . so i had a thought .. do indian consols have a sticker on them that says to sold in india only . or sumthing like that ??? And how do i knw its a geniune indian product does serial number starts from a specific digits .. does it have a special seak .. !! am buying it from shop no 2 in pallika .. Better that way. i purchased a 360 from palika.... but a legit (i.e. un-modded) premium with a 20GB HDD.... it was going around for 26k that time in the market and i got it for 18k.... it was a month old console and was in PERFECT condition..... and the best part.... i even got the warranty on it! i just dialed the CC of microsoft and registered my 360! HIM Posted January 29, 2009 Author Report Share Posted January 29, 2009 I bought xbox core ..... finally ... hooked up my 20 gb hard drive + downloaded allllll the updates ( this took really long ) and tadaaaaa am all set !!! Like NXE update !! But i havenet register my consoul yet .. called microsoft some problem with there servers even tried to do this online but all invain !!! WIll retry soon ! In three years I've had my console replaced twice (not bad eh) and within 3-4 days of logging the complaint. Definitely nowhere as bad as the horror stories I've heard about Sony's support.
