Besides the backing, I also hear China is responsible for the anti-India contempt amplified throughout social media recently. It seems they don't want India to benefit from these trade wars, so they're trying to make our country look unsafe for foreign investments, and if we don't react strongly, they'll think we're weak and back out.

Seems to be a part of their disinfo propaganda to make us look like fools. Shouldn't fall for them.

I mean, it's well known that GTA has always been a satire on America, so the theme will never change. However, due to the same over the top tone along with a similar visual style, it's impossible to not think of V while watching the trailers. It's almost as if you're watching a heavily modded/reskinned version of GTAV. Only explanation I can think of for this decision is they're opting for the MCU route where all entries look the same because they take place in the same universe.

It was actually business oriented - Take-Two's earnings call this month lol. It was deliberately designed to keep things low-key with nothing too exciting on display as it's still a year away from release.

Hope so! I'd be VERY interested in buying something like the Series S for modest 1440p@30fps gaming as I'm getting tired of maintaining my PC, worrying about temps, bad ports, searching for optimised settings and what not!

If there had been other games of similar scale showcasing the richer or at least half-decent side, I too would've gladly joined you. However, for some reason, almost every first major entertainment product from our country tends to focus on the less appealing aspects. There needs to be some balance.

Nobody complained about games like Raji though!
