Same story everywhere. They don't even watch the movie sometimes—just selfies and social media stuff. Why don't they go to a restaurant instead? Anyway, Sallu Bhai's Battle of Galwan teaser is out. I liked it. My type of sh*t. I think it'll do better than most of the spy/military-based movies coming out in the next few months.

The violence in Dhurandhar did nothing to me. Guess I've become too desensitised. Agree with the 26/11 feature though, and could understand the great sacrifice of our Indian agents across the world, while scum like Morarji Desai get rewarded with Bharat Ratna in this sh*thole of a country. Even Sunny Leone would be more deserving than him.

Looks too gaudy. Won't hold after the level of authenticity depicted in Dhurandhar. None of the upcoming movies from the genre will. Bollywood has no choice but to fundamentally reset itself in the post-Dhurandhar era. EDIT: Anyway, how do you folks even muster up the courage to watch movies like these? Let alone ones like The Kashmir Files? It's like reopening old wounds. I didn't even bother to watch Chaava for this reason until I was forced to.

I'm not Gen Z.

Cool. That movies works really well only if you watch it without all the present hype and hoopla going around. Same, but I don't know much about alcohol either.

Everything should be censored in this age. In fact, Gen Z should tear democracy down and reinstate monarchy.

Reply not visible. Now don't get me wrong, Ank. I still like you. You can peg me if you're into that kind of thing. PS: I have no idea what pegging means, so take it in good faith.

Her costume and styling looks exactly like Kora from Rebel Moon. The circle is complete.

Let's be honest for a minute, eh. Dhurandhar didn't have anything new or surprising in its story line. More than as a piece of art, it'll be remembered for its service to the nation and as a proper breakthrough in RW cinema. That said, I did enjoy it. It stayed engaging throughout and I couldn't find a single boring moment in the entire duration except for the final fight, which by the end, also feels necessary or justified for the story. I saw it FDFS—totally unplanned and out of sheer boredom. I didn't know it was 3H34M long until after I had booked a ticket, let alone there was a sequel awaiting in mere months. I also didn't know it'd feature 26/11 so prominently. And when the screen suddenly flashed to red, pausing the story and started playing the 26/11 audio file conversations between handlers, terrorists and hostages at their mercy, Dhar truly got me there. It was quite novel. In the midst of all this RW celebration and LW melt down, it's funny to see Vanga and his Animal catching strays, lol. In my opinion, Vanga's Animal will ultimately be remembered as the truer art. The difference is though, Vanga can make Dhurandhar—and a much better one at that—in his sleep, effortlessly. RW should stop eating its own tail by comparing apples and oranges. That's my legal opinion.

No, I just meant that, in terms of setting/aesthetics, it reminded me of Rangasthalam at that time. I think fatigue kicked in for me with these kind of rural backdrop movies quite a while ago. Same reason I still haven't bothered to watch Pushpa 2. Maybe I'll give them a try in the future because I'm very much interested in the divine aspects of the story.

These movies don't even look like they cost more than 50c, let alone 300c or 500c.

I think a couple of action sequences in the second half could've turned it around for everyone, but given the constraints they faced with the lead actor being in active politics, I think they did the best they could with the very limited set of dates he had allotted. I wasn't expecting anything beyond this, to be honest, especially considering the lead actor's recent track record. This was also my first time seeing one of his films in theaters since 2013, which should say a lot, lol. I heard they're re-cutting the movie again, adding 15 min of extra footage for Netflix. If true, let's see if it improves the pacing.

YMMV, of course, but I thought it was fine for the genre.

It didn't look very appealing to me from the trailers. It was also very reminiscent of a Telugu film called Rangasthalam at that time, so I skipped it. Even the new one doesn't seem very original. Mirai was super meh. I thought Hanu-Man itself was tedious to the core, but this one turned out to be a lot worse in comparison. They Call Him OG was light-hearted, fun. Nothing extraordinary or new, but it's the closest anyone has come to blending John Wick-esque storytelling with martial arts and Japanese elements with our own history incorporated as part of its larger lore in desi style here.

"Henry Cavill is Superman." WB is getting sold. Bidding is currently going on in Hollywood right now. It could also get broken into pieces with Netflix and others reportedly eyeing on DC.

It's very interesting! Better than the first one. There's a lot more to do here. Very interesting. Definitely much better than the first. Look what I found. Interesting. So much better, so much more, hmm, yes, Kojima daddy, f**k me, let me sniff your...

That charm! Hollywood is back! Oh... this is the actual trailer? Well, not bad. Reminds me of Taika Waititi's style.

You'll turn into Punished Snake soon. DCAU Superman was serious though.
