Yes, I do rely on the general aggregate review of Opencritic/Metacritic especially when game / DLC scores lower than 70 since I have limited time so does 90% of the casual audience they check metacritic/Opencritic and form their opinion. Also first argument of xbots was hardware sales doesn't matter now its reviews doesn't matter.. Game Rant review is also out 5/10

Edge Magazine score is now out for Astrobot and it's 10/10.

That's actually a great score. Each number in Famitsu represent an independent person review score so 3 person gave the game a 9 score and one gave it an 8. But yes definitely wait for more reviews and not to place your hope on the review of one outlet.
