Â There's the Tempest Rush build if you want to maximize XP per hour and don't mind playing at lower MPs. There's the cookie-cutter Fists of Thunder/Sweeping Wind/Exploding Palm/Wave of Light build. All item data is stored on Blizzard servers so no one can modify it. On consoles it is stored locally so people use editors to buff up weapons and armor to insane levels. This hurts the personal sense of progression a lot as one can never tell whether the gear is legit or was hacked/duped. Â When you see perfect best-in-slot gear on the PC, you feel genuine awe and a little bit jealous. When you see it on the console, you think 2 minute hex edits.
