The Playstation 5 thread
Just to specify, I think only RE9 gets in today. More games will get it in March, and new toggle will added in settings that'll let users use it on any game that uses the regular PSSR. https://blog.playstation.com/2026/02/27/upgraded-pssr-upscaler-is-coming-to-ps5-pro/ Also DF had this to say about PSSR 2.0- "...the new PSSR - certainly as presented in Resident Evil Requiem - feels like ML upscaling is finally where it should be on PS5 Pro. It's delivering sharp, stable and convincing 4K imagery from around one quarter the native pixel count, it's competitive with PC equivalents and represents a big, big improvement over the PSSR of the past. And the notion that this upgrade may apply to all prior titles that support the older version of the technology is mouthwatering - potentially it's a system-wide improvement to the console's library."- 1

Resident Evil 9: Requiem
The story kicks off really well, amazing cutscenes and VO. The first time you use Requiem you'll feel WOW 😲 it's punchy and you feel the weight, just like it's really in your hands. Thanks to those haptics and adaptive triggers. RE engine is superb, good performance and next gen details right from the start. The game is scary, I felt I'm playing SH at some point until I started playing as Leon. One of the best gore I've seen.
