Make it 1000$ just to troll. I mean no one gonna buy it anyway. Normally in past, early adopters used to pay more and late adopters pay less for consoles. Now its completely opposite, early adopters are celebrating as they bought it when price was under 500$.

GPU is at 20USD, they couldn't bump it up anymore when game cost was 60USD. Now that Xbox games are 80USD, I suspect GPU will also get hiked soon.

They should increase prices of Series S too to match base PS5

Don't think Sony would increase console prices. But in worst case they do, glad I got the Pro already.
