Sony cut 1000 jobs few months back or last year and closed down multiple studios along with 12 projects cancelled. List goes on and on. Nintendo only company where u dont hear news of layoffs at all.

Dont think so. Gamepass will never be killed. This is the only selling point for Xbox now. They killed those projects which were in development hell for long time and had to be rebooted multiple times. In last financial earnings call.
