Is that just base game without Phantom Liberty? Cyberpunk experience now incomplete without Phantom Liberty expansion which makes whole experience significantly better. Got 5 stars with all preppers in Mexico. The DHV Magellan has infinite storage in the private locker. After maxing out the connection with each prepper, just use the fast travel to visit each one, take out the tricruiser and load up the metals, ceramics, etc, and bring them to Australia directly to build roads and rail lines.
