Phill will retire sooner or later. He not getting fired, he is liked by Satya alot, he got multiple promotions under Satya. And You can replace Phill with anyone but overall strategy wont change. Microsoft leadership under Satya dont see gaming with same lens as hardcore fans. Microsoft will remain in gaming but doesn't belive in traditional console exclusive gaming. They will release multiple hardware and games everywhere and focus on selected big IPs now and keep selected good studios who dont take 8 years to release games.

Hmm there are way too many player build structures now. I hardly created any big road or anything. Im enjoying it alot now. Players also put markers, ropes and ladders to tell player good route to avoid BTs. It creates a feeling that greater power watching over you and helping you in your journey. Only Kojima can design such game
