Had a superb experience with a Sony service centre in Mumbai! my 30th anniversary edge controller, bought nov 2024, was drifting and while I was totally expecting them to replace it, I was sure they’d give me a regular white instead given the limited no of units of the anniversary controller. To my surprise, I got a new one of the 30th anni edge in flat four days !
