I dont think so that Vajpayee was a weak leader. It was him who opened the nuclear research again and made it into a reality. World powers were up his a*s, there was immense pressure against India to not get into nuclear research, just like we see today with Iran. But he didnt back down. The reason he had to release him bcs of coalition goverment. He's not in the position to take that decision by himself, specially when its the matter of citizen's lives. Whatever the reason was, it was a huge mistake indeed.

More than visuals the design is super duper dated. This should have been packaged with Gears 5 & released for $80. I’m guessing Gears 2 & 3 will take time to port from XB360 to modern hardwares that’s why they released it as stand alone & not with Gears 5 as releasing them one by one chronologically makes more sense for new players.
