Gta 4 was not a successor to gta3. Vc and sa which were successors to gta3 were all built on the same engine and looked similar. gta4 looked different from these on account of new in house engine, but was criticised for using a very somber colour palette, maybe it fit in with the story and liberty, city in general. My assumption is that it was a new engine and rockstar reduced the colour palette for optimisation issues. I think gta5 looked really good with vibrant colours and they have extended the same further here with neon lights and stuff!

Vajpayee couldn’t have taken that Call. Calling him Weak just because of that is weird. We don’t live in a Dictatorship to take these kind of Calls. Vajpayee was infact the Strongest new Party Coalition PM this country ever saw. His Party was new & depended on others & still he did things that no other PM did before or after him. & He did all that without any draconian impositions like Emergency,Demonetisation or LockDowns. Will definitely go down in history as the most likeable politician & PM in India’s History.
