Received the same on 25th at my office, when I came back home and opened the game, the disc was out of its slot and badly scratched. I immediately shot them an email stating that the game was scratched and I cant accept it. They did not respond for a day and half ... finally I called them up and they raised a ticket and finally on 2nd May they sent me an email with details and how I can send back the product. They sent the FEDEX person to my office and collected the package on 3rd, which was delivered to them by 4th. http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?action=track&tracknumbers=876989996599 I sent them an email on 4th and asked thm to acknowledge that they had received the package. dint get any response. Wrote a mail again on 10th asking for an update .. but no response till now. Paisa bhi le lia and replacement bhi nahi bheja ... am planning to give them a call on Monday and will ask them to cancel my order as I cant bear up with their pathetic service and customer support.
