I think it was supposed to be region based but so little ppl showed up that they turned it off & you were connecting to literally worldwide. I bumped into someone from USA. Xbox & PC Players obviously have no interest in it as it’s old & saggy while they have Gears 5. PS5 players won’t pay up today to acquire an old saggy product in August. This should have been part of a collection to begin with & even if not the beta should have been free for all PSplus subscribers.

Does this game has p2p matchmaking like the OG? If so, that's terrible. It was 2nd week and most of the matches i played were laggy.

Yeah this game is going after the W3 fanbase completely. Same Visuals,Same Music,Same Art Style & similar backdrop setting. Also there were many quests in RPG’s before that one could miss/fail if not done in a particular timeline. So I’m guessing they are taking it even a notch further.
