So, are you folks watching the latest season?

Where does everyone check the completion percentage? I must have played this for about 3 hours or so. Trying to avoid fast travel and use my horse + guiding winds. Graphics and looks are great/better than GOT for me. Story is meh so far - maybe it opens up later? Still in the first area with the home and initial inn - I am yet to enter any new areas and am happy buying maps and hunting POIs/bounties.
