But if you insist, imagine people you DONT want to have sex with. It forceful taking away of your control and dignity. It's something that makes you feel helplessness, fear and shame. Just that Rape is sensationalised as if the victim & her family is traumatised beyond repair But it's true. The victim IS awfully traumatised, sometimes, yes, beyond repair. Nobody should go through that. Take a look at the links on the prev page. I understand the basis of what you're trying to say - that the trauma is worse because of societies views on sex, and I agree - but leaving the victim alone after the event has happened is not the solution. That just makes things worse for her. Societies attitudes first need to be changed for that, and unfortunately I don't see that happening any time soon.
