But in the end its upto the buyer to do all the needed research. Only thing you can do is make him take the console back and get you money. Which city is he from? Try to pay him a visit or get some pals of yours. If your a school kind, forget that too. And escalate the issue if you can. if you are not a grown up yourself, get somebody to. But it will be upto the seller. As a honorable seller he should oblige. but his thread and post history denotes otherwise. Check if someone from IVG is near to him. If you can go to him and strangle his throat, do it. But still you are at fault here too. you should have asked for more pics, details, bill copy's pic and all. And i haven't heard till date a courier travel can damage the console. unless the package was like that. its actually the sellers responsibility. but the multiple tampering remark of yours also points that the seller may not have been fully honest with you. then also seller is at fault. He doesn't even mention the condition of the console. So none of the above is against anything he mentioned in the thread.peace i think if it isnt mentioned that the box is rrod'ed then it is understood that it isn't. True, but it can always be argued. It's always best that everything is clarified in the thread itself before a purchase is made. There is a member called Kutan who was selling his xbox 360 (link) i bought only the console for Rs. 5300.I made the payment on 24/08/09. After 17 days i received the console i.e. today. I plugged it in but it was an rroded console. I contacted him and he said the console was fine when he sent it thus he is not at fault and told me to contact the courier company , but the console has been tampered with heavily , it has been opened multiple times before ( looking at its condition ) and certainly does not look like an 11 month old console. I also asked him to send the bill across while sending the console but he hasnt done that. What are my options ? What can i do to get the money back ? . What can i do to get the money back ? . sorry to here that bro well since it has been rodded i dont thinks its in warranty and if u give it in for repairs it cost u again a lots of money...... so u can repair it your self..... but first are u good with hardware??........ main thing is with xbox is the rodded things happend because of memeory gotten heated up way above there melting point and also soldering got loose.... anyway about the money i m sure admins and moderators will be looking into that.................... dont worry bro something could work out.......
