There was an issue actually.
The guy doing the checks(delivery guy) wasn't tech savvy, he's checking one by one as per his check log in his app with my help. All checks good but he noticed I have local password setup, says it needs to go or else they won't accept.
Now as far as I know Windows 11 mandates at least local password setup if not online password, so tell him I need to reset system(that way they can set it with fresh start), it takes time and at 50% he can't wait so he mentions in his app that password is removed, gives me the new one, packs up with the screen still on and leaves, despite me telling it may not proceed without being plugged in.
Half an hour later he calls me from the warehouse saying it needs password Turns out reset got cancelled and also, they managed to lock it despite me giving the local credentials in a piece of paper, now it needs security questions review. On video call, try to tell him what happened and how to fix it, but they don't listen. I see him walking around with it to some other guy, probably manager, then call gets disconnected, no call since then. They can't do anything since he marked all good in app and exchange approved for full quoted price.
