Seagate Momentus XT 500gb. A 7200 rpm Solid-State Hybrid drive -> regular 7200rpm platter + 4GB NAND where the stuff most often used is loaded. Around $143 including shipping. Had no option other than buying it now despite the ~$20 bump up in prices. Needed a HDD to replace my failing Hitachi drive . I could have used the 160gb drive from my PS3 but that's a bit too small for my needs. @Baba, It's around $143, lowest price (Inclusive of shipping) I found for the drive online.
