And guys, dont go for the BX Model, checked it. It has a bad moton blur, very bad. CX also has it but I would say that its 10 to 15 percent of what BX has.

Yes, most LG OLEDs' have it. I would advise getting a Sony OLED if motion/ upscaling is a priority.

OLEDs never go below 1L. Ideally you looking at 1.15-1.2L for 55".
That 88k C9 listing from Croma is absolute BS, it's OOS everywhere I checked. No way they are ever gonna sell it for that low, just using to drive site traffic because otherwise it would have been a no brainer.

Yeah true even I checked now. Sorry for this someone sent it and I thought it was legit.

How about asking other retailers e.g reliance to match price based on this, will that work?

@boltonfan@KunjanPSD@l33tmaniac Thank you for your inputs. Much appreciated. Yeah Sony OLEDs are the best though they are really expensive at this point. So I will wait for this Diwali for the best offers and new LG OLED which hopefully iron out these issues. Of course no TV is perfect and obviously there are newer techs coming up but there is a budget which I have to follow.

Also I am really curious why Samsung don’t make OLED TVs despite making AMOLEDs in their mobiles.

Samsung is getting into the OLED game, I expect by next year you'll see an offering from them. Also they are making great strides in Mini-LED, so it's all about priorities.

Their mini led is more expensive than OLED. Considerably so. Sony or Samsung will never be able to match pricing of LG because obviously they make the panels.

Also, just a clarification, C1's panel is mostly the same as CX which is the same as C9. The new panel with higher brightness is coming to the more expensive one (Z1, I think). But yes there is a 150-200 nits difference in C and B which is substantial if you ask me.

Keep checking the prices in between, especially during the Independence Day period. You may get a very good deal. Also the discounts at the stores are much better if you speak to the right people. Only purchase online if the TV isn't available anywhere.

For the Samsung TV's. If you go to a multi-brand showroom, the salesmen will try to convince you Sony and LG missed out on making QLED's :P
