The bigger AAA publishers don't wanna take risks while these small devs take a dive and struck a goldmine. 11bit studios has always given good games but with this one they've outdid themselves. I hope they get enough popularity, sales and money from Xbox for giving the game on gamepass which they can continue doing these kinds of projects. It's nothing like that game, if it looks a bit similar doesn't mean it's same. Look at the reviews man, non of them have mentioned what you've said or given a bad review like you did.- single-player

FINAL FANTASY XVI
Not really. "profits did not meet their expectations" doesn't mean flop. Simply means it was profitable but not upto to their expectations. Like I said SE always had inflated sales expectations.
