It’s nowhere near sh2 remake in terms of quality. The narrative is also quite overrated IMO

It has been continuously going offline & online for a year or two now. That’s why most of the crowd has stopped visiting.

Completely forgot about this but I think yes, the game is totally worth it. Any Silent Hill fans would like this game instantly. It's gritty, dark and superstitious. I liked it. Wanted to plat it but couldn't because of other games. I wish to pick this up soon. Maybe after completing KCD2. It's not about the duration but quality. It took me around 25 hours for my first playthrough if you go blind and don't look for easy solutions on internet. The puzzles are fun and manageable. But this game requires you to play multiple playthroughs for the real ending like other silent hill games. Id say this is worth it for it's full price. But with discount it's a killer deal.
