Andor is so good, i think it's the best thing to happen to star wars in recent times , only 7 episodes released on hotstar so far though.... hope the rest of the series is as good. While i wait for further episodes of andor to release in hotstar, started with the mandalorian and that's good too.

Over reacting much ? This is not some Agatha Christie's who-dun-it movie/book, it's an action adventure game, most ppl would play for the gameplay/puzzles, irrespective of knowing few tidbits of info here and there beforehand !

So as mentioned before playing thru the game with 1.6 patch on PC and still come across so many crashes and bugs. INT build is good though. But for some reason the game doesn't really tell you much about it. I think they should've built the game around it, instead it's relegated to just another build type and you can complete the game without even investing many points here (like i did in my first playthrough). Also those ncpd mini quests are actually good and give nice drops and a good way to earn xp early on in the game. Again it's not mandatory and the game doesn't highlight it, unless one goes to the map and finds it. Also the world looks so beautiful, IMO, this is the true next gen game visually. No other game comes even close !

What a match, Nail biting amazing to watch Kohli in full form after long time

Man, that camera setup No wonder the mocap/animations were so super smooth in DS !

Binged on 'the playlist' on Netflix and finished it over the weekend. Loved it. For the unaware, it's a Swedish tv show about the rise and success of Spotify. Unlike other similar semi-biographical/Rags to riches shows/movies, the story not one linear narrative from start to success, instead it's told from the perspective of multiple stakeholders, with each episode focusing on one facet/pov, like the founder/coder/artiste/music company executive etc.

Ok finally gave up on the game, i was in that mountain chapter. The game might've had a decent story in there somewhere and i just played along for the sake of understanding what's going on. But the repetitive gameplay was just too much to actually continue playing. Every BT encounter felt the same, every mule encounter felt the same and lot of time time spent in trekking across for little to no significant reward, except unlocking cut scenes which further the story. The online aspect of world sharing was done well, maybe even better than soulsborne games, the cut scenes and gfx was awesome too, but alas the gameplay is so repetitive, it just couldn't hold my interest. If there's a sequel, hope they consider overhauling the gameplay to make it more interesting !

Watched yesterday, it's a very good movie. I felt as if i was transported to coastal karnataka for those 2.5 hours. Brilliant performances all around ! The whole climax sequence is so well done, goosebumps all over ! I think it's good enough to be India's nomination for Oscars next year ?

So started another play through after upgrading to patch 1.6. I still see so many bugs. Also, it feels as if they've made all the NPC's damn squeamish that they keep running in all the directions even if V as much as scrapes the kerb by mistake in her vehicle. And if by chance a NPC just touches v's bike, ncpd starts spamming out of nowhere ! Highly annoying ! The transmog feature for wardrobe is a nice addition though. I'm planning to focus on a good INT build this time and complete the play through with different choices, if the bugs don't make me give up i.e., ! Tried out a couple of mods as well since I'm on PC: - Metro system : This gives a metro car using some of the metro stations and the network for V to travel though, which looks like the dev's built initially but didn't make it to the final cut. The city looks beautiful while the car going through. Only a handful of stations can be entered though. Once the novelty wore off, I felt the existing in game fast travel is still a much better option to zip around fast. - Let there be flight : This makes all the vehicles in the game fly. I found the controls not that good, but i felt the mod is very professionally done. And the city does look amazing when flying through....v was able to reach some of the non accessible areas in the game like the space shuttle launch center, although it can't be really driven upon after landing !

I'm hearing great things about this. It's running housefull in many theaters in blr, will try catching it next weekend. BTW, if you guys understand kannada, watch this movie called 'garuda gamana vrishabha vahana'. One of the most brutal/realistic/neo noir crime movies I've seen. It's slow and may not be everyone's cup of tea, but i found it to be quite an artistic/experimental movie like a Tarantino classic but set in coastal karnataka. Also, the movie is partly in tulu, so you might need subs even if you understand kannada.

Thanks the details , let me check it out

Is it just a regular camera or something special? And how much did it cost ?

I'm in the middle of chapter 3 now i guess? Sam got order 27. I thought the game would've become monotonous by now, but surprised that it's managed to keep me engaged so far. Also, I think in chapter 3 the mules are a bigger nuisance than the bt's :-/. The story is still very intriguing though and is there main reason I'm pushing on. Also, this is nothing like any of the games I've played so far.... glad someone is making different kind of games and not just making the same old mass entertainment / sequels stuff. So glad gamepass has this, else would've easily missed this one! BTW, are the private lockers in the game region locked ? As in, the stuff that Sam keeps stays only in that location ?
-
I also read in reviews that is too long a movie ? I think it'll recover most of its costs from the weekend collection and from ott/tv rights. Read somewhere that it's releasing in some ~9000 screens worldwide
-
Ok, looks like now I'm slowly catching the rhythm of the game, still in chapter 2, but able to navigate around the terrain on the bike, escaped the mules and so on. Also after i discovered that Sam can offload his load on back to the bike, it's been quite a relief
-
Woah that's big. I guess cut scenes would be like 10+ hours in that ?
-
Even bridges, i took a pcc and went in that bike, tried building a bridge across a river to conserve charge, only to find out that the bridge couldn't be completed due to lack of metals. This seems quite a long game, how long does it take to finish ?
-
Which one and how much is the cost ?

I'm still in chapter 2/order 8 i think. The inventory system is really bad. I failed an order because i forgot to press some button after putting that chiral print interface into my inventory. I thought all was well, went back only to find it was not added and had to redo the order :-/ It's good game to chill out though, except when Sam is going thru bt areas, those sections suck. BTW, found a vehicle in one of the distribution centers, but it says it's not charged, where to charge it ?

I bought it on ps4 and yet to complete this. The first game was outstanding and loved it, but gave up on this after a couple of hours as i felt the game was too demanding in terms of attention and focus. Also the mood was too depressing. Maybe I'll pick this up over a long weekend some day, when I've sufficient time, but from what i played this didn't feel like a game you could play over a quick break.

In in the second chapter now and yeah the game is indeed weird, but i guess that's one of its USPs. I'm playing it to see how the story unfolds.... I might love it or hate it by the end, but I've a feeling it's gonna be a unique experience going by the gameplay so far. I mean, the game literally is a series of fetch quests and the one thing which one would often skip in a open world game (traveling long distances), via fast travel or something, is the core gameplay here .... Kojima is a risk taker, i don't think any other dev would've even greenlighted this !!

nvm....

Shhh, I'm at the climax fight now, where the hero fight off against a bunch of henchmen only to realise they were just 3D holograms/illusions
-
So, watching this movie called heropanti2 , here's a snippet - so the hero, who's a hacker kills one of the villains by hacking his pacemaker and connecting it to a video game (one of those mortal Kombat types), and gifts it to the villains' family. So the family is busy playing the game and everytime the in game charcter punches/kicks the other one, the villains heart gets affected and finally the villain dies in real life when the family wins the level in that game! I'm speechless....?
