Don't think there'll be any sale or price cut this soon. You might try buying from different region which has a cheaper currency value. Average it takes: 90 minutes to level up after rank 23. Excluding win bonus XP. From 0 to 23 it takes about ~20.6 hours. Victorious most of the time Level 33 now. Getting kinda boring with no real rewards Coz you ignored my invitation. I cursed on you loot boxes! .. What you need from the loot boxes anyway?
