PlayStation vs Xbox vs Nintendo thread
There's no hate or dislike for Xbox hardware, hate is for Xbox management/leadership. XsX as as a gaming console is solid and runs almost all games good with some exceptions here and there. Its well built and reliable hardware. If you goto any popular gaming forum then you will clearly notice that Main Frustration/Hate is with MS management/leadership and their poor treatment of Xbox hardware and studios. Lot of people dont like the way MS treated console gamers and Xbox division within MS. Problem is with policy releasing games everywhere and not competing in console market after buying so many studios. But i agree with Neo, Xbox not going anywhere. They will remain active industry as a publisher and they will continue to release multiple hardwares -

PlayStation vs Xbox vs Nintendo thread
Nintendo's revenue this fiscal year is 11 billion and it dropped because of a dip in Switch hardware sales due to Switch 2 coming. Main thing about Nintendo, though, is that even though it's revenue is 1/3rd of PS this FY but its profit is 3.5 billion which is higher than even PS. -

Movie Discussion Thread Vol. 2
yes, food n beverages usually are best avoided at moviplexes, its like, chaar aane ki murgi and barah aane ka masala oh and another reason i avoid going to movie hall is that we have to fk'n pay for parking (this should be included in the goddamn ticket) -

Movie Discussion Thread Vol. 2
Normal PVR. Imax is quite far from my home. Must be this one only. And I have been avoiding theaters as well. Used to go for all major movies before Covid, but since last few years, I have only been to theaters like 5-6 times, that's it. I don't know why, it seems like a hassle to me rather than going there to relax and chill. Maybe I have been lazy or just do not find time. But I can easily wait 6-8 weeks to watch. Ticket prices, in all honesty I believe are fair. Everything has become expensive, ticket prices are on par. Like 200-300 rs. Ticket for a normal non Imax theater is fair IMO. What is surprising, is that earlier we used to think meal prices were exorbitant, but at those times it was 250-300 per pop corn/Nachos. 90-100 rs for a small Pepsi. Now 300-400 rs for a small Pepsi! Still got 250 Rs. Belgian fries as it only sold at PVR and it has been long time for me. In contrast, ticket pice was 200 + 30 Rs.
