▪️Recap: Set in a supernatural version of 14th century Europe in the fictional area of Vale Sangora where a powerful coven of vampires seek to take over
▪️You play as Coen who has a violent encounter with the vampire leader Brencis following the abduction of his family, turning you into a 'Dawnwalker', a half-vampire
▪️You have 30 in-game days to save your family, though you can also choose to let them die if you wish and game continues

▪️Vampire combat more action heavy and hectic, supernatural blood-based abilities, elite foes have armor and weapons that can challenge you
▪️Players can go straight to the primary goal of the game early on, similar to trying to defeat Ganon in the first hours of Breath of the Wild, but it'll be super challenging
▪️Quest: "A Monk and a Saint" sees Coen travel to Svartrau to uncover hidden tomb and can change depending on the time of day and which form you take to complete it
▪️There is a secret tomb under the town's cathedral that can be accessed through different ways
▪️As a vampire at night, you can break into the cathedral from the roofs, investigate and find clues on the location of the tomb
▪️By contrast as a human during the day, Coen can investigate and question locals to find out where the tomb is instead
▪️Choosing to do this quest during the day sees Coen get asked to solve a gruesome mystery in a nearby almshouse before getting answers
