Joining Cult Fit hasnt gone according to plan, I want to go to a regular gym. I have a membership with 3 months left I'm looking to offload, Let me know if anyone wants it.

Any point of getting an x-ray done ?

My wrist pain isn't going for over a month now.

 

No pain except when twisting or squeezing the area in pain (the round bone on the outer side below the smallest finger)

and also while doing push ups, otherwise can do the other stuff.

Do U wear Wrist wraps?

I get it while doing Barbell biceps curls

No,I don't.

 

Getting good pain while doing push ups only mainly,rest can do pain free but avoiding everything other than back and legs.

 

So what to do in the meantime ?

Hey Bro, I can guide you regarding this a bit better but only if you are comfortable showing your current condition pictures. 

It will give an idea of your current bodyfat peecentage as well as the lose skin condition.

For me using Wrist Wraps helped a lot.

Try doing Push ups on push up bars if u have one

It's never enough right?

I was in a similar shape as you but maybe like 5kgs under, before Covid. Now the gains are still there but there is a layer of fat because couldn't really keep it up at home.

Yeah :lol:

My current goal is to add ~2kg extra muscle

with little bit less fat than now

 

Whats yur body weight now?

I was dirty bulk back in July around 90Kgs

Now i am 76-77Kgs

i am currently maintaining this for past 2 months
