Are you on Cred ? If yes, send me your phone number.

How long is the lending duration?

You don't directly lend money. Cred does it for you. You are earning interest for as long as you're invested.

And all lending it via Cred Cash. So basically they're taking money from you via Mint, giving it to their own users via Cash, earning a profit, and sharing upto 9% with you.

It's upto 9, not fixed 9 btw.

Check their FAQ on risk. It's pretty decent. >80% of borrowers are above 775. Minimum needed is 750. Cred anyway does all the basic risk check when they onboard you.

How am I supposed to get this e-mandate thing done for my Youtube Premium sub?

The transaction was declined twice and there is no option for Google/YouTube on HDFC BillPay.

I had to cancel and restart my membership for it to charge me.

RBI is such an idiot.

Someone help.

YouTube (or Google) have not updated their systems to implement this change. Hence, they are not providing automatic billing services for any of their subscriptions.

As a result, they have even removed the family subscription option (idiots).

The only solution is to buy YT Premium on a monthly basis (like a normal CC/DC/UPI transaction) until YT fixes their sh*t.

Again, idiots.

Thanks for the help.

I cancelled and resubbed, lost a few days of my previous sub.

Will wait for it to expire from now.

Just got my Regalia LTF.

Was hoping to get Diners but they aren't offering that as LTF anymore.

Regalia gives 4 points on 150 retail spend.

Now, how do you guys rack up the maximum points on the card?

Any seasoned CC player, please give your inputs.

My motive is to start accumulating for travel (Intermiles).

Always use https://offers.smartbuy.hdfcbank.com/ for 5x points on online spends on Amazon/FK/Travel etc.

Also, keep a lookout for mails with offer like 2x points on insurance spends or bonus points on certain transactions.

Lastly, they sometimes have neat offers like spend xxxx amount and get a voucher for xxxx amount.

Are points applicable for Regalia on Smartbuy? Can only see it for Infinia and Diners.

Just need to start racking these points up, then will check if Smartbuy is better or Intermiles conversion for ticket booking.

Was putting out on big expenses till now, those should help.

It is applicable for Regalia as well. They have this site as well - https://offers.smartbuy.hdfcbank.com/regalia

I have always used the main landing site and the bonus points do show up on the statement from time to time.

Its impossible to track the points to be honest unless you maintain a personal tracker - I am too lazy to do that, so I just trust them with the bonus points. :fear1:  Also, they have recently made it as cashback for Regalia if I am not mistaken instead of points.

How did you make life time free? I've put my electricity bill on smart pay with my Regalia card for over a week now and it is still in verification pending phase. I am afraid something is wrong.

Yeah, that's what I meant.

Should be 5% cashback on Regalia in place of points.

I am not sure if that is better though? Because now I won't be able to accrue points and use them specifically for travel.

Cash back toh statement me gayab hojayega.

I got an offer via NetBanking for LTF CC and the most premium card available was Regalia.

The condition is to spend 1L in first 90 days and that turns it into LTF.

But since HDFC used to offer my alma mater, a no conditions LTF Diners, I called my relationship manager to get me no conditions LTF Regalia and she agreed.

But NetBanking offer specifically mentioned that card will only be LTF if the application is completed end-to-end online without representative help.

So I just completed it online and since I already have pending expenses of over 1L, it doesn't matter which way I got my card.

My friend is a senior executive in HDFC, so I confirmed everything with him.

Even I got alter of LTF Regalia on my app and email but with 1L and apply a bill condition. Thinking of contacting HDFC now.

Thank you.

How long ago did you get this offer?

Right now they are just printing cards by the truckload, done & delivered in 7 days.

So you should get the same offer although they do change the offer for different people.

I am just bumped that I didn’t get Diners and that sweet 1RP = 1RE/Mile.

Another doubt.

In sales when there are discounts/cashbacks on Amazon etc for HDFC CC, can we stack the Smartbuy discount on top of those or we need to choose one?

If anyone uses Cred and has a decent DC too - Any bills over 1L can be paid via the debit. I end up earning some points on my DC too on paying the CC bills. Helps in the long run.

My HDFC DC is good enough, so this is a very helpful tip.

I was thinking of just using Amazon to pay CC bills because every other month it gives 300/500 cashback but for 1L+ spends, DC will certainly be better.

Thanks!

AFAIK - it stacks. Usually Amazon has a bank discount not cashback which applies at the time of checkout so that is a sure shot. If you go to amazon via smartbuy you should get the cashback as well. If your friend is a senior executive check with him and maybe reply here if this is confirmed or not, will help us as well.
