Pharma jitni tez utha usse tez gira

Im now moving towards more sip, mf , metals , etf's and fd then direct stocks. unless you give time to study companies keep track there is no point in investing so much money.

Will keep it as a hobby .

This is by no means a message to sway anybody away. just for me i dont see this working.

Divi's lab :suicide:

Hona hi tha.

Molnupiravir's one off earnings got extrapolated by market. There won't be a pandemic every 2 years to give them such a chance. Not something which the management has control over.

Same is happening with Laurus and Paxlovid.

Important thing is to track what the management does with these 1 one off cashflow.

From the looks of it, it's going into the correct place but with the current valuations, won't touch Divis.

There are plenty of opportunities right now in Pharma. Like less than 1.5x sales with 25% long term ROCE where earnings can possibly double in next two years.

I will buy this business, not Divis.

I have some good investment in Divi's. Avg 4400 :(

Divis is a long term compounder.

What I said was from a POV of opportunities available where 15%+ CAGR can be achieved over next few years.

Currently at 9.94 P/S which is below 5yr avg of 11 and just around 10yr avg.

If you want 12-15% CAGR over long term without headache, then further correction (closer to 7-8x P/S) will yield you a good add-on opportunity.

Now am feeling good
