Jigsaw Posted February 18, 2012 Report Share Posted February 18, 2012 After all the drama about the "peasant" word on tuesday and wednesday, this past week.... and no further "altercations" with our Supreme-Being Athek after that, last night somebody decided to demote me to "member" status. Till 8-815pm last night, i had the custom title ON and everything was good.... then around 9 i noticed this change. On checking my profile, i see this: Thankfully i got in touch with Rishi and requested him to sort this out. Putting our past ( rather my atrocious behaviour towards him ) differences aside, he graciously looked into it and got the demotion overridden. I shot a pm to AtheK who didn't even bother to respond and sneakily quit the conversation. So now that's obvious who was behind the demotion and "taking-away-of-the-custom-title", i want to ask this on an open platform, Mr. AtheK, what is it with you? Is this what you do to someone who has a conflict with your point of view? So just because i ridiculed your "striking-down-on-the-peasant" word, you demote me. You might as well as reset my post count Why is it becoming so irresistible for you to make your presence felt as a mod when no one else seems to be bothered ( read: Personally Offended ) with my harmless ramblings? If you really weren't the one behind this shady affair last night, i'd have expected you to reply and not leave the conversation without uttering a word. That doesn't make you the superior being.. Maybe it's time you sit down and realize it's just a mod on a gaming forum that you are really. No great shakes. And yeah, being a Super Moderator, this lowly being called Jiggy expects you to be fair, unbiased and most importantly not let personal judgement cloud your decisions. I'm terribly disappointed at this stab in the back after being around for what, 4 years on this forum. Never one to care for post count or other frivolous things, what saddens me is the fact that someone who runs this site thought THIS was a way to get back at me I mean really, come on.... stealthily deleting my Custom Title and demoting me? Why didn't you reset my TP feedback as well ( it's 21 btw ) Apart from Consoul, i have no bones with any member here. Have had more than my share of arguments with tons of members here... but i have no grudges against anyone EXCEPT consoul. And as much as i know the kids around here, no one holds anything against me too. I have fun getting under the skin, someone dishes it back to me and we have a laugh. But that apparently is ticking someone else off... someone who needs to justify their role for no reason really. As a protest, i will have to cease posting on this forum till i get a proper answer on why things happened the way they did last night. I love this community and the hobby that drew me here in the first place, gaming. I'm not DELETING my account as someone suggested in the cricket thread the other day, but it's clear i'm irking some of the folks who run this place. So i will be a silent spectator now. No more posts..... i love what every individual brings to a forum like this.... and don't want to let go of all the fun all you guys have discussing everything.
