All of the “Gameplay” & “QOL” related updates of Phantom Liberty launch were patched in on the base game. It’s only the Story expansion & the Equipment/Perks locked behind that story which you get in the expansion.

F1 was amazing. Some very hilarious liberties taken but its all done so well. Brad Pitt was amazing. The whole rookie angle works great. The action is captured very well. Must watch movie.
