The reason why timing of Reigns and Rock match right now is particularly bad is because Cody won the Rumble and clearly made his choice there. Its clear what he really wants. Going back on it and stepping away for Rock clearly means it was forced. Moreover, its clear to everyone that neither Cody nor Seth want to fight each other again. All of this makes that match pointless as well. Additionally, Rock Reigns match makes sense and ideally should have happened already. However even now, if you want to do it, do it right instead of shoehoening it 9 weeks before Mania with no real buildup. He was literally begged for a decade to have a match with Brock Lesnar & Roman Reigns but he kept denying due to fear of injury like before(WM29) which cost him a schedule worth a fortune & then not wanting to associate himself with whatever allegations were being put on WWE. But as I said before….there definitely a catch to all this or else they wouldn’t have had Cody involved & have their stars like Punk & others openly root for Cody.
