Lockdown was amazing if you are in tech jobs, and can WFH. Both TCS and Infy are in Service space. Companies are more ok to see productivity loss which happens on campus in front of their eyes than which happens behind their backs. Some of the product companies like Wells Fargo had different challenge, because they wanted employees to work on secured networks and only on Workstations provided by the company, have called junta back to office. Ask the companies to extend WFH more generously. Cisco in Bangalore used to give 2 mandatory WFHs per week, teams can pick the days, this was before the Covid. Some teams even got approval for 3.
