I followed the videos from Gamerpillar YouTube channel (area-wise) and tracked each rot, hat along with the video. If you’re missing 1 or 2 in an area, it could be a bit time consuming to track all. After beating the final boss, you're taken to the beginning of final mission and all areas will be accessible. But certain enemies won't spawn for some combat-based trophies. So it's better to get them in the first playthrough, as difficulty can't be changed on Master later.
