Im talking about story experience not QoL. I know 2.0 was released before Phantom Liberty. They will not locked QoL updates behind paid expansion. Come on now. Lol Phantom Liberty connects with main story and it makes overall experience better. Its not needed to enjoy base game but its highly recommended to get the expansion if you enjoy the base game.
