In day to day usage, you won't be able to see much of a difference between these two (although the NAND on Samsung is supposedly superior and longer lasting). This is actually a pretty good model. Much better than the Crucial P1 or the Intel 660p. And the cost is comparable to that of a SATA SSD. Samsung 870 Evo and not that expensive. You've linked to the 870 QVO, which is significantly worse than the EVO series. Also it comes only with 3 years warranty. The MX500 is the better option. Normally you get 5% cashback no matter what you purchase as long as you are a prime member. You may want to check if this is an additional cashback.
