Blooper team is not 1st party, so they cant control what 2nd or 3rd party guys do on Series X.. Plus you will be needing monster PC to render both worlds at 4k60 fps with RT.. Still need gpu and cpu power to render both worlds at native 4k with all the other graphics effects going on. You know what, let game come out and we will see what kind of rig you need to make this run at 4k60. If PC equivalent to Series X power runs it flawlessly then i will agree that Bloober team fuked up.
