Get it.

I'm not into the Soulsborne genre at all. And I'm loving it.

It is obviously more difficult than the standard "movie" games I play, but the game forces you to be better, and is not as unforgiving as the Souls games (I've tried Bloodborne and a little bit of Demon's Souls back on the PS3).

So Elden ring, blood borne and demon souls are not for me - I tried them. Hence the skepticism

I wanna know if I should get this or not for someone who isn’t into souls

This is not a soulslike, its more action than anything else. We have had 1v1 difficult bosses before Souls games came out :P

Hmm looks like a game to buy and play after very very long time. Last game I bought was god of war, after that it is only been PS extra of whatever little I play now.

lol yeah, maybe someone should remake the ninja gaiden games …. It’s been quite sometime since I played them but I don’t think there was a way to grind and get strong either, was there ?

I think Team Ninja lost the code for OG Ninja Gaiden and NGB, which is probably why the only way you'll see this game in high res remaster setting is on newer Xbox.

Or on PC where people modded the Sigma collection to play more like vanilla games.

Bro, so many secrets in  chapter 2 WTF. HAd to look on youtube for all of them.

What I suggest is get to the end boss of every chapter and look up a checklist whether you have done all the clean up in that chapter.. basically tick off everything on the JOURNAL.. there are few things that will get lost forever if u beat the end boss in that chapter and you can only get them in NG+

Another killer boss end of Chapter 2, superb fight..

Amazed by the scale of things and enviornmental art in this game.  So many gorgeous murals and statues carved into stones and mountains, so many detailed decayed old buildings. Chinese writings on  mountains, temples carved in horizon. Huge stone gates. Its f**ckin gorgeous to admire all the detailed stuff. One secret area emerged from the floor and the cave you explore is pitch black with murals all  round and the stuff is not clear, its decayed/destroyed and give a sense of desolated world. Game science cooked this game. Impressed.

Umm that's actually the main path of the game, wait for the actual secret area (pig questline) - you will go bonkers..

The game is pretty lore accurate too. once you finish the true ending go to youtube and watch some, you'll be amazed the details they put here :)
