The Creative Stage is a home system (runs off a AC plug) has no battery backup so I'm not sure wtf those guys were reviewing unless they're reviewing a different model (Creative Stage Air probably.) Yes it seems customer divulged the OTP here, as story says delivery boy approached customer to tell that his order has been cancelled and he would get refund in few days.
