Target should never be a Civilian. Be it whatever. Collateral damage is a different thing. If they die as Human Shields then it’s on their own Govt. & Soldiers. Not on others. But Target should never be a civilian. There are insane ppl on every corner of the world. Doesn’t mean I am responsible just coz I share Nationality,Ethnicity,Religion or Region with them.

Im against targeting civilians except Pakistanis. That Radical country relentlessly target our civilians, needs to be taught some lesson. Will u guys say same thing if they drop nukes? Sit and not drop nukes on Pakistan?
