IMO Mass effect 3 is an excellent and enjoyable game, just that the rushed ending left a sour taste as you mentioned the reason. As we know a new Mass effect game is coming, it’s safe to say that one of the choices is canon. As for Andromeda, though it pales in comparison to the original trilogy, it is still an enjoyable game.
