Pro was delivered this morning, looks very premium and feels quick too Data transfer is scuffed like always, it is pretty slow via Wi-Fi and it just runs into error via LAN. Make sure you transfer all of your games on internal SSD to an external SSD before setting up a Pro, will save you plenty of time. Pro is a lot quieter too compared to launch PS5 which is pretty sweet. Eager to play some games in evening!

Looks like we are back! I also got my PS5 pro on Monday. All earlier issues aside, the packaging was very good. The main PS5 pro box was in another standard cardboard box and had thermocol all around. Then it was wrapped with another layer of sheet (?). The main PS5 pro box came out absolutely shining and new with nary a dent or scratch, so that's good. Filmed video of unboxing and installing. Working fine for now. Also installed the disc drive, which is also working with no issues for now. Some observations- Both the main unit and controller are surprising lite. In fact the main unit is even smaller than the original PS5. Good. Comes with horizontal support thingies, and that's how I planned to keep it. So no need for additional stand. Good. FF7 rebirth is what I am playing right now- 60FPS mode. Finally I can play in 60FPS while also not having to deal with super blurry image. The game is great and clearly some love went into it, but overall the graphics are average. Some areas look really good, but some are very flat. They are very sharp and 4K, but I don't think they will wow anyone like HFW etc. There is also some pop-in in open areas. Rise of the ronin didn't look as bad as I had read online (ray-tracing mode). Haven't played a lot to have more opinions. Stellar blade is the third game I plan to play, unless it comes to PC by the time I get around to it. Good for now. Hopefully GTA6, Ghost of Yotei, Death Stranding 2 and some other good PS5 exclusives/first party games come in 2025 and truly justify its purchase. Edit- This was also my 500th post. How about that!

And done! What a game! What a journey! If movies have to be made into video games then this game has set a new bar to match up to. Fabulously done and full credit to Machine Games. The other movie to game adaptation I have liked recently is RoboCop: Rogue City but this one is at a higher plane. My favorite two levels in the game were: Gizeh for the sheer eye candy and exploration amidst the Pyramids and the Great Sphinx. Sukhothai for the puzzles and fantastic side quests. This entire level was so much fun to play-through and explore. Great experience! Also, Voss has to be one of the most intelligent and devilishly witty antagonists created in a video game till date. Many moons ago when I was a college kid I picked up a game called Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis (released in 1992 but I picked it up sometime after 2002) and played it on my Pentium 3 or 4 rig running it through ScummVM. It was a point & click adventure game by LucasArts and I absolutely loved it back then. I still remember it had some great puzzles to solve and had a very intriguing plot. Video gaming back then was my only escape from the drudgery of studies and part time jobs. Making ends meet. So many years later here I am again praising and in love with a new Indiana Jones title

He was garbage as player and absolute sh*t as a captain in test arena, just kept getting favored. In white ball cricket he is probably the player who got longest rope ever, he finally played well. Thank god SA lost T20I world cup rather then we winning it or we would have had to see vada pav and chimpanzee for two more years. His contribution as captain was hardly. Now some one lock up the chimp.

Many reasons. 1. Keep quality franchises/studios and cut out the ones that don’t make money 2. Stop collecting studios like thanos collecting stones and then have no strategic direction for them 3. Avoid looking like the below and actually pick up wins and nominations instead

Sachin has played Ranji throughout his career. His last match in 2013 was after he retired, so struggling or not struggling is irrelevant. Kohli has average of 20s-30s 4 years in the last 5 years in tests. His 'peak' is far far from over by now. No one was asking Kohli to play domestic cricket in 2016. But now, he has been failing for past few years to obvious technical flaws in his technique. If not now, then when?

Apparently Rohit Sharma and Virat kohli to be rested for England ODI series to manage workload and be ready for Champions trophy. Another Joke. When they need match practice to get any form they need rest. What a bunch of jokers. I am sure takes a lot of effort to put workload worth cooking Maggi while batting.
