Idea is to keep it alive and running as long as possible. Decrease downtime. Maybe serve ads and start Patron like TE. TE is likely as old as IVG/GI, has been running quite flawlessly over the years. They have adapted with times and it is quite active with members, good discussion etc. There's another Indian forum called Valuepickr (focuses on stocks) which has been around for over a decade, very active forum, active members, tons of posts every minute/hour, also serves lots of images etc. Lean, light, works well. It's not rocket science - few other forums are doing it already without going down.

Outlaws got the same treatment, using an edited pic of the lead character to say they made her manly *rolls eyes* Keep the gender/lgbt/whatever stuff, but make the characters hot and sexy like in First Descenders and watch the same group of people ignore all the 'woke' stuff and swallow it like the cumguzzlers they are.

Yeah normal people don't really care if its woke or whatever, if the characters are likable and fits in the story instead of feeling forced.
