Maybe pc users here can shed some light on this matter better than you. Also 20$ for one month is enough time to play and finish a game and not such a bad deal for someone who doesnt want to pirate or spend 70$. Coming to consoles also its better than buying a disc - reselling to recoup the money since there is no headache to find buyers ,shipping etc and you more often than not will easily find more game to play from the 300 + game catalogue. For only save files fastest way is PSplus Cloud upload/download. For full Data like Games,Settings & Accounts the best way is Ethernet Port. But the 200m console crowd that just have no other option but to pay appropriately are immensely more than on PC. There is just no comparison…. Consoles are the back bone for any AAA gaming business. Similar logic on pc, apart from emulation most pc gamers rather wait for sales and subs than take hassle of pirating. Moreover, we have online/MP component and constant important updates to most games which makes it unappealing to pirate games. With such affordable prices of pc gamepass +free games on egs etc, I can’t think of any reason ppl want to pirate, I mean it costs more for a movie outing in a tier1 city than a pc gamepass sub now 😂 If anything, the only issue I’ve is time, there’s so many choices, it’s insane.
