My brother got Infinia directly based on salary criteria, he just had an age old HDFC card with 2L limit. Depends on many factors.

Yeah I meant card on card basis - these days you need limit+spends, gone are the good old days when they were handing out Infinia to anyone.

HDFC does not do C2C, Infinia was never handed out to anyone, that is why it has stayed in the game for so long.

I meant Regalia or any other HDFC CC to Infinia, for that they are pretty hell bent on 10L and spends both, earlier it was a cakewalk to upgrade to Infinia.

If salary is good then obviously one should choose that path.

I have hdfc business Moneyback.

They offered hdfc Bizgrow.

I think annual fee is 500

1st year fee is waived off.

Is it worth it as I have no knowledge about this card. I use Moneyback rarely as hdfc infinity is used mostly.

You cannot get Infinia directly without any previous relationship unless you show some ITR/Salary credit. You need to get hold of an agent.
Try for Bizblack and use it for your Biz spends, that would be more beneficial and then try applying for Infinia as well.

Bizblack ka reward ratio is meh. Currently sbi cashback gives 5% but getting maxed out at 5000 cashback

Bizblack gives 7500 bonus reward points at min 51k monthly spend on limited categories including GST.

That's 16%, the best you can get, I have Bizblack for my own tax payments.

It's not meh, you just haven't been using it correctly.

Is that 16% cash statement? Because I don't use hotels or travel as redemption, also my categories including meta ads and shipping none of which are covered in limited categories. (i should have mentioned reward ratio is meh for me). 😅

I've been working on optimizing my CC portfolio for my spends. Right now I have

  • Stan Chart Smart Card (pretty useless planning to cancel it soon; was my first cc 3-4 years back)
  • HDFC Swiggy LTF (GOAT for food/grocery/dining out spend with the fat 10% CB, but its capped to Rs. 1500 so it runs out eventually)
  • SBI Cashback (GOAT for getting 5% on almost everything online)
  • Airtel Axis (Bijli, ,Internet, Phone Bill - bonus of 4 lounge visits annually)
  • OneCard LTF (Got it for memes but usually end up using it for intl spends for game collecting stuff when they run their 0% forex fees promos)
  • Amex Plat Travel (Primary consumer spending with this + satisfactory lounge access)

I am pretty sure that SBI CB and Airtel Axis will get hit with a devaluation soon.

Any S-tier optimizers have any inputs on how to tighten up this portfolio?

OneCard currently has offers on everything. If there is a card discount going on anywhere, OneCard is usually listed there. At least for now. A handy LTF card IMO.

And I thought you had some high end HDFC card too. And I think SBI won't be able to keep ip with 5%, primary reason for me to never really bothered about it.

My cards:

HDFC Regalia Gold (My primary overall card)

ICICI Amazon (5% CB everything Amazon, excellent since most of my purchase is from Amazon)

OneCard LTF (Pretty good offers online)

Scapia (0% forex and 2% reward without any cap, using the coins is free of restriction). Have so much to have a good 6-8k flight for free. Unlimited Lounge access for 5k spends (which they plan to increase to 10k)

SBI Simply click (Lulz card, only card that is not LTF and has yearly charge). No reward, just get offer sometime. Lulz overall.
